1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from REGEAR, LLC. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Manufacturing Variations
We design and manufacture aftermarket paintball components such as the RE:GEAR Feed system, novelty loaders (including the Tactical Banana, Mad Scientist Pickle, and Racing Kart Turtle lines), and curated gear bundles.
Because our products utilize specialized additive manufacturing methods and industrial-grade materials, minor cosmetic surface variations, layer lines, or slight color deviations are normal characteristics of the production process and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (including, but not limited to, pricing errors or suspected fraud). International customers are solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.
4. Shipping & Carrier Risk
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx), legal title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. REGEAR, LLC is not liable for carrier delivery delays, transit damage, or packages stolen after confirmed delivery. The buyer is entirely responsible for providing an accurate, verified shipping address at checkout.
5. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds (Sales are Final)
Due to the on-demand and custom nature of our manufacturing runs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, item exchanges, or order refunds for change-of-mind, color preferences, or marker incompatibility resulting from unauthorized third-party modifications.
6. Limited Warranty
REGEAR, LLC warrants that our in-house manufactured structural components will be free from fundamental manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
Coverage Window: This limited warranty is valid for thirty (30) days from the documented date of delivery.
Claim Requirement: To initiate a claim, the original buyer must contact support with official proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the defect. REGEAR, LLC reserves the right to require the item to be shipped back to us for physical evaluation prior to issuing a replacement.
Exclusions: This warranty strictly excludes damage caused by normal operational wear-and-tear, intentional abuse, improper installation, field over-pressurization, structural drops, or any unauthorized modifications.
7. Intellectual Property
All original product designs, mechanical configurations, digital models, imagery, logos, and website text are the exclusive intellectual property of REGEAR, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of our designs is strictly prohibited. Patent Pending on RE:GEAR FEED SYSTEM
8. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk
Paintball is an inherently fast-moving sport carrying risks of property damage and severe physical injury. By purchasing and utilizing REGEAR, LLC equipment, you explicitly assume all associated risks.
REGEAR, LLC, its owners, and operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal bodily injury, equipment destruction, marker malfunctions, or marker shell degradation resulting from the use, installation, or misuse of our products.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any operational disputes arising from your interaction with this storefront shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be initiated solely in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Florida.
