Domestic Shipping (US)

From Cart to Door: Most orders get processed and are out our door within 1-2 business days. Orders within the United states will typically deliver within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase.

FREE shipping on orders over $10: We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $10 to customers within the United States.  Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the United States.

Express Shipping:   We offer 1 option for express shipping within the United States at checkout, UPS 2day Air.  Express orders placed before 1pm EST will be processed the same business day. Express orders placed on holidays or weekends will be process the next business day. We do not guarantee an express order will ship the same day it's placed, nor do we guarantee it will arrive within the delivery window estimated at checkout. 

Tracking says your package was delivered but it's not there. Please wait 1 additional business day before reaching out. Most of the time your package will just arrive the following day. If after 1 business day it still isn't delivered, and please contact your local USPS or UPS station. They will be able to provide you with the most relevant information. Checking with your neighbors is a good idea, too!

Package taking longer than expected to arrive? While rare, this does occasionally happen. We ask for your patience as we work with the shipping carrier to try and figure out the location of your package. If the package is determined to be lost, we will ship out a replacement. This process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the shipping carrier.
